                                                            Ingredients for 4:
                                                                                                                              Preparation
                                                       300g  barley
                                                       250g  chicken breasts                 1.  Rainse the barley
                                                       2 tbsp   mustard
                                                       1 tbsp   parseley                     2. Cook in water for about 30 minutes.
                                                       1 pinch  salt
                                                       100g  onion                           4. In the meantime, chop the chicken.
                                                       1 pinch  pepper
                                                       1dl   olive oil                       5. Heat the oil on the pan. Season onion for 2 to 3 minutes, add chicken and and
                                                       200g  sesonal peppers                     stiroccasionaly for 10 to 15 minutes.
                                                       100g  chery tomatoes for
                                                             decoration                      6.  Add the mustard and parsley and stir well.

                                                                                             7.  Add salt and pepper , stir well and serve.
