                                                            Ingredients for 4:

                                                        4 slices of rye bread
                                                        4 slices of herring                  1.  Cut off the dark edges of the rye breads.
                                                        200g mayonnaise small red onion
                                                        3g mustard                           2.  Cut the onion and dill into small pieces, combine the other ingredients into a mass.
                                                        50g dill
                                                        50g parsley                          3.  Spread the mass on top of bread and put on the herring and season whit parsley.
