 The cutting was thin as to reduce the cooking process. We also used
 local food.

 In the original dish, the fish is cooked whole and the potatoes
 usually are cut into bigger pieces.    Preparation

        1.  Marinate the fish fillet with the lemon and leave in the pot for 20 min.
 Ingredients for 4:  2.  Cut the  onions into  thin leaves and do the same for the potatoes and the garlic.

 500g  of white fish fillet
 ( bass or bream)  3.   At the bottom of a cooking pot , first put some olive oil and afterwards put in order the red
