           Pike-perch with parsnip potato pyre
           and lemony sauce



                         Made from local produce.


                           To cut down pollution from importing goods.


           Ingredients for 4:                        Preparation
         For the pike-perch:      1.  Remove any bones from the pike perch fillets.                                  1.  Preheat the oven at 160 degrees C.
