                         We have altered original recipe with these changes:  Butter with oil and            Equivalent
                         milk with almond milk. This pastry comes with different filling, and we
                         have chosen this with walnuts instead of cheese.                                   to 14,09 km

                                                            Ingredients for 4:                                                Preparation
                                                       .  Dough:

                                                          10g fresh yeast                     Dough:
                                                          200g flour                          1.  Dissolve the yeast and the sugar in the lukewarm milk. Keep at warm 30 minutes.
                                                          0.5dl oil
                                                          1 egg yolk                          2.  Give the yeast mixture to the flour, add the egg yolk, sugar, oil  salt. Knead with milk until
                                                          40g sugar                                the dough is smooth.

                                                          bit of salt                         3.  Put the dough to a large bowl, cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about
                                                       .  Stuffing:                                40-60 minutes or until doubled in size.
                                                          200g ground walnuts                 4.  Roll it until it forms rectangle ( 35×28 cm/ 14×11 inches).
                                                          1dl milk                            5.  Spread the filling onto the rectangle leaving about 2 cm from top and bottom.
                                                          50g raisins
                                                          70g sugar                           6.  Lay the filling and rol it.
                                                          0.2dl oil                           7.  Bake 30 minutes at 200 C.
                                                          1 tbsp honey

                                                                                              Stuffing:

                                                                                              1.  Mix the ground walnuts, sugar, raisins and honey with hot milk.
                                                                                              2.  Stir and let it cool.
